LBTKD Joins Biggleswade Beavers for a Fun Taekwondo Session! 🥋

On Friday, 8th November, LBTKD was invited by Biggleswade Scouting Beaver Colony (ages 6-8) to introduce Taekwondo to an excited group of Beavers. Two of our assistant instructors were welcomed by a very eager crowd ready to dive into the world of Taekwondo.

The session kicked off with a brief chat about Taekwondo, its origins, and the journey involved in practicing this martial art. 🌏 After a demonstration of basic techniques, the Beavers lined up to try out some fundamental movements under the guidance of our instructors.

The Beavers then paired up, received smarties pads, and enjoyed learning a few more techniques. With lots of enthusiasm, they had a blast applying the fundamentals and adding a bit of power to their moves! 👊

To wrap up the session, a black belt pattern was demonstrated, captivating the Beavers who watched in awe. It was a fantastic introduction to Taekwondo, and we’re grateful to the Biggleswade Beaver Colony for inviting us!
